HRV Tracker Pro
HRV Tracker Pro is a heart rate variability tracker which lets you track HRV automatically with Apple Watch, or manually using the iPhone camera. The app uses the RMSSD formula for calculating HRV, which is the formula used by most established fitness brands.

Apple Watch mode
Apple Watch measures heartbeats throughout the day. HRV Tracker Pro uses these measurements to calculate your sleeping HRV. By focusing exclusively on measurements during sleep, the app provides a more consistent baseline that is less affected by noise from daily activities.
Camera mode
Use the camera to measure your HRV with photoplethysmography. For consistency, measure soon after waking up, ideally before getting out of bed.
HRV chart
View your daily HRVs over time and identify patterns.
Morning battery
Your overnight/morning HRV gets compared to your baseline during the previous 7 days, and the difference is expressed in terms of standard deviations from the baseline.
Trends
Your baseline from the previous 30 days is compared to the baseline from the 30 days before and the difference is expressed in terms of standard deviations.
